Can things get any worse!?! I think I may be on my way to court again! But this time it seems that my ex landlord is going to possibly try and sue me. She seems to think that I owe her a re-listing fee for her kicking me out and she is claiming that her winter rye grass died because I didn't water it during the summer.... excuse me douchebag they call it a winter rye because it's a seasonal grass!
