I woke up at 4:00am last night, utterly pissed that people could even pretend to live the way they do. Abso-fucking-lutely livid, that common dogma has turned an arrogant, and ignorant, blind shoulder to intellectual pursuits. Now, i'm by no means the smartest person i know, nor am i anywhere the most successful, or well educated, but i pride myself in the state of mind of wanting to know, wanting to understand how things are. Not living in the shell of the mind, protected by religious, political zealotry, or the damnable urge to merge quietly with the status quo. Fuck, i was pissed off. like for reals!
then i got a glass of water, and some cat snuggles and forgot my angry ways, only to have that fire pulled into embers. waiting for more fuel.....
