ok... here's the deal....in about 12 minutes it is going to be the day. the day of note. the day of counting.....

technically, i'm happy about it. every other birthday i've had has been good. almost anyway. and this is also my one year anniversary of my membership to this site. And... well, i not sorry to say i started the celebration without you... i.e i went out tonight and imbued myself with no less than seven black and tans. tomorrow will undoubtedly hurt more than today... but then sobriety is still a ways off from here, so i might as well enjoy the festivities, even if i'm the only one celebrating.

really, besides all the alcohol in my system, i'm quite terribly glad i'm here in this world at least a little bit. even if i have just a small part here, i'm ever so more enriched by it. I didn't know if i'd make it to a year here, but i am more than glad i have.maybe lame, but heh, f you for judging me...

Tomorrow has some promise of nakedness, even if it is the result of the direct and monetary objectification of the female form. which is to say i think i'm going to a strip club to ignore my better judgment and pay girls to like me for a minute or two... we shall see. after all, the proof is in the pudding, as they say.

my best wishes go out to all those who share this day ( it is past midnight by now) as a special day, and i honestly hope as deep as i am able, that everyone has a good day, and especially the people i have love for....
