There is nothing wrong with wanting to better your physical health, quitting or even moderation...your body will love you for it. I have a few vices...smoking vile ciggs: puke: I want to stop for my health and the health of others...it seems to be going to a non-smoking world anyhow. Drinking even though it hasn't become a problem I have drank more in the last past few weeks then my pocket book or I would like.
