can I catch a break...seriouslly...if anything went the way I plan it...just once...i think id die a happy man.

- Shannon got out of the "rehab" on feb. 1st...and has since dissapeared again. I know..I know...im pretty much done with her...but her..im human and I still care about her well being...alot. All the stuff i've done for her...and the stuff she has done for herself...to throw it all away....fuck i hate drugs....i really hate them. Pot is one thing...but serious...heavy drugs..what a fucking waste.

- today I went to a trade show for my work up in NYC....and I only ended up staying for 3 hours!!! So..hmm..let's see...a total of about 7-8 hours of driving for a 3 hour show...NOT WORTH IT!!!!

- the gal im trying to date now..is really into me...but is still stuck on this other guy.. This guy is actually a friend of mine...but he doesnt know what I know about the two of them....so he acts like nothing is going on..when deep down inside..I just want to fuckin blindside him and thow him down a god damn flight of stairs...Can you tell im a lil bit mad??!!! I hate fucking pretty boys who are just players and manage to break the hearts of harmless girls...
