Hope everyone is doing ok. I'm really looking forward to sky birthday this weekend.
Spent most of last week moping about due to the fact I couldnt go to Download. However I have sorted next years tickets and after a number of mishaps on the campsite the Express Inn less than a mile away.
One year I slept in the car after forgetting the tent pegs and being beaten with the poles by my mate that had carried the tent for a mile. I was far to twatted to help!
The year before a gas canister and bbq got a bit too close and nearly killed me and my mate. So next year the only way to get into trouble in getting crushed, Smashed and twatted. No gas, no tents and no cars. Just beer and great bands. Although I have no idea as yet who is on the line up for next year.
Did anyone go this year? How good was it? And does anyone have any cool pics from there?
This weekend I went out with my mate Gary and ended up getting very drunk after drinking far too much real ale. This time Mr Jack didnt come out to play. Also for safety measure Gary was instructed to remove the sim card from my mobile and hide it. This proved a life saver. After a number of beers I got those twitchy fingers again.
Left Garys with my head very soar. Popped in to see another friend on the way home for emergency cup of tea to keep the hangover at bay. Recovery pints should not be put in place of a well planned cup of tea. 20 hours later I awoke with a continued hangover and many bar receipts from what can only be described as a great night out. Made it home late afternoon and curled up into the foetal position where and Big Mac meals promptly became the aim of the day.
Anyone have any good hangover cures that could share with me?
Well I shall see most of this weekend and remember: "Drinking your contact lenses at 6am thinking its just a glass of water" is not cool. Makes seeing next day very difficult.
