My teacher in my online class posts the following comment to what i posted for an assignment...
"Thank you for sharing your depth of thought, Robert. You bring up important points...one of which being aware that perfection can get in one's way of reaching success. One might need to accept that he she took the steps needed but still did not earn 100%.
Breaking big tasks into small tasks helps one minimize frustrations and often leads to a better chance of doing well.

But when the grades come in, this is the attached comment...
"interaction is missing although the main posting shows some depth of thought. I do not see a clear understanding of the book's content."
In the meantime, she is pointing out to others what is lacking in their postings by way of asking additional questions for them to answer.
Mind you, this is a class designed to help people LEARN to take an online course.
