So, I finally managed to get hold of some Kretek cigarettes yesterday, after realising that if anywhere is going to sell midnight black cigarettes, then Camden would be it. Got myself a 20 pack of Djarums and went to the Worlds End for a pint of Guinness and cheesy '80s metal.
I love the Worlds End, even if I go alone there's always someone else there who's there to meet some new people. An aging punk it was today, complete with a hell of a lot of facial piercings and studded denim jacket. He'd seen the Clash play back in the day, in London, so it was good to hear about the gig, heroes that the Clash are to me.
Sunday night and I was at a party which included a full choir doing christmas carols. This, along with the pickled onion monster munch, gave me a strange feeling of nostalgia for primary school christmas. Well, apart from the copious amounts of mulled wine and other grog.
Gotta get my christmas shopping done today or I'll be in deep shit
Time to go... if you see a hurried looking loon in Wood Green buying innappropriate tacky last minute gifts, then throw some coffee his way, he'll appreciate it.

lol If I lived near ya, I'd offer coffee however, if I throw it from here, you certainly WOULDN'T get it. No tinsel on the crutches. I hope I won't need them much longer and I really enjoy the acronym game too it's hilarious. The other one I love is the three word story game. Good luck shopping. I have to finish too.
