I got another call from the possible employers yesterday, and it's looking like I might have some sort of chance. A job would be good.
Right now I'm watching some show on Sci-Fi that I haven't seen before. Good vs. Evil. It's apparently from that late 90s. Shannon Elisabeth just got slashed up. I must watch more and decide if the show is any good.
When you're a chronic insomniac you find all sorts of strange things on television.
On an unrelated subject, here's a trivia question.
What part of the body has the most nerve endings?
Well, it's still early, and I don't have a lot to write about yet. But I like to get some updating done in the morning so my non-existent readers have the chance to read at any time of the day they choose. If anything more happens, I'll just add it on.
So have a great day all!

I just finished watching Hackers. I have this compulsion; I must watch it whenever it's on television. Partly because Angelina Jolie is so hot in it, but mainly because it's such a great look back at the cutting-edge of mid-90s computer technology.
I mean, they go crazy over the 28.8 Kbps modem. Active matrix displays. And the predictions they make for the future. RISC architecture, which though arguably superior to Intel's x86, just never caught on so much.
All right, all right. So there was a time when I too went nuts for the 28.8. And the 14.4 before that. Don't ask what I used before the 14.4. I know what RISC is, and why it didn't succeed as hoped.
So yeah, I'm sure all of that has something to do with love of Hackers. Plus Angelina Jolie is pretty hot in that movie.
