sick

It's cold outside today. If I were to leave the house, I would wear a jacket. It's been too hot lately to wear a leather jacket, and I feel unprotected without one.

Actually, it's about 60 degrees now. It just seems cold since it's been so hot lately. I rather like it.

Yesterday I talked to someone about a job opportunity as a junior technical writer. I'd be doing basic, entry level stuff, and it's only one month of contract work, but it would be a start. At least I'd have my foot in the door. I'm sure once I was working there I could astonish, amaze, and otherwise impress them. So let us hope I get an interview and all goes well.

My new tattoo is pretty much healed now. Two weeks exactly. No more peeling, no more itching. This is a good thing. And it looks good - no touch-ups needed. Thank you, Ink Lab. I'll be going back there to get more work done when I'm ready.
