I'm frightfully bored. I demand you entertain me! Talk to me about what books you're reading, what television shows you're watching. Talk to me about politics or religion or science. Just make sure to say something interesting.

I'm horrible at small talk. Don't bother. I'm doing the same as I always am, thank you for asking. I can have a genuine conversation on almost any topic, however. Except personal things. Feelings are the Devil and should be avoided at all cost.

What am I reading these days? The Wealth of Nations, actually. For those who don't know, I spend entirely too much time on the CE board, a place where so-called libertarians* frequently invoke the name of Adam Smith in defense of their anarcho-capitalist beliefs.

I haven't read The Wealth of Nations in a while, and I'm sure none of them ever have, so I thought I should refresh my knowledge so I can better point out their ignorance. I'm mean like that, I guess.

Other than that, I've been sticking to my exercise regimen. Maybe someday I'll even start to lose weight. Even so, I'm enjoying seeing birds and the occasional deer. I'm pretty sure there's a skunk in one area as well. I haven't seen it, but they're somewhat well-known for being malodorous.

I'm not too worried about the skunk, though. Did you know they only spray when they've exhausted their other options? They only have enough for a few sprays, and it takes a while for them to regenerate. If they run out, they're defenseless for a while, so they give plenty of warning before they use their ultimate weapon.

You just have to be smart enough to heed the danger signals.

Ok, enough rambling for now.

The syringe was actually luer lock at the end, and i needed to fit it in to tubing, so I ran around different offices trying to find sort of fitting that would allow me to do injections into 1/4" tubing.

What science do you do?
