Well, Christmas is gone for another year. I did manage to receive a number of gifts I actually wanted, including:

a harmonica
a Monster iCable for my iPod (to connect it to the stereo)
Emily Post's Etiquette

I have read my way through a large part of this book, and I've decided that it offers valuable advice on just about every situation that could ever arise in a person's life, from planning a wedding to knowing where and when men and women should remove their hats.

It is most excellent.
