I recently had to make a Top 10 Songs list; songs that are my favorites, that I feel are most important, etc.

It was so difficult to choose just ten! There are so many more things I wanted to include.

Bonus points to the person who can tell me what, in general, the songs on the list have in common, and what the exceptions are. This wasn't done intentionally, believe it or not.

I was recently recommended Starlight Mints. Maybe I'm way behind the times in music, as usual, but I think they may be pretty cool. I haven't had time to give them a thorough listen yet, however. But I do plan to, which is more than I give most bands.

Anyway, I think I'll go listen to Blood on the Tracks now.
