Days without Writing to MathGirl: 1
It used to be, when times were tough,
That I could think joyful thoughts of you,
And these hopeful dreams were enough
To get me started in the morning,
Out of bed and ready to face
The cruel day; they'd keep me going.
The knowledge that you existed
Somewhere in the world, in my life,
Someone kind and uncorrupted,
That cared for me and needed me,
Allowed me to survive the day.
It's thoughts of you that were the key
To falling asleep every night
That the cursed anxiety sought
To keep me awake with crippling fright.
But I shan't think of you again,
For now these thoughts bring naught but pain.
I need a new tattoo. I probably have enough saved up for my dragon. I'll have to get on that.

eireann:
Where are you planning on going, tiger? and for what? how weird would it be if we wound up in the same spot?
eireann:
Well, tiger! (I am doing this for you, you know...) I was also looking at NYC...of all places...
