My auto insurance sends me a letter saying that they are taking away half of my coverage. I go down there and the lady tells me that they just up and check everybodys driving history for the past three years and if you have any incidents' on your record(no matter what they are) the say they have the right to just up your rate.
This can't be legal...I have a fucking completely clean driving record, no points on my license. But since within the past three years I've had two speeding tickets(that are off my record), and I was involved in an accident(that wasn't my fucking fault), they are going to charge me an extra 50 bucks for the same coverage. The lady at the office was telling me this and she mentions that even "not at faults" count....I'm like "that the hell, I can deal with the speeding to an extent, that's my fault, but you can't penalize me cause some old bat shit bitch hit my car three years ago...."
She agreed that it wasn't fair, but she couldn't do anything. I know it wasn't her fault, but I was pissed and she was representing the company pissing me off. If anybody has Nationwide, watch out cause they will look for ANY excuse to fuck you in you ass.
