It's only gone and happened! I've only gone and got myself a lovely, moldy, smelly, spider infested, art deco, nearly listed, 3 bedroomed ground floor flat, 5 mins walk from the city bloody city centre with a huge garden and stuff!

I'm in love, and in 5 years it will be mine!

Warning - I will be giddy for a coupla days.
