On friday, JustLostOne and I drove a 3 hour drive to Wisconsin for a picnic at an awesome spot called "Devils Lake". Since we've been back I've been finding bug bites all over me, which sucks, but it was beautiful so it was worth it. I didn't take many pictures because my phone was about to die but I got a couple good ones.

Annnnd this is just a quick picture I took from on top of the rock we were hanging out on. It's suppose to be of the lake but the trees are pretty much completely in my way. You get the idea though.

Later that night, we went crazy! Not really, but there was definitely chances to. Dave's sister got home on Friday night from a trip to Georgia and Dave and I thought it would be a good idea to throw her a surprise party since she's moving out next week. On Thursday night we went to the party store and got a pinata, streamers, candy, and toys. We also got a huge Indian headdress that didn't match the party theme at all but it was still amazing. When we got home from Wisconsin on Friday, we made Missy go to the store for Tequila and chips and dip. While she was gone we put up streamers everywhere and hung up the pinata.
Long story short, we invited some people over, drank a lot of tequila, and watched Missy smack the shit out of a pinata. We put some parachuting toys inside the pinata so once those flew out we each grabbed one and went out front to try them out. They weren't as grand as expected but still entertaining.
I took some pictures but they're on a different camera, so I'll load them up when I'm not so lazy.

Last night we went to Home Depot to get some spray paint and wood panels. Missy has a tapestry hanging on the living room wall right now that she is going to take with her when she moves next week so Dave decided to make some new art work to put up as a replacement. I wanted to get a board to so I could make my own artwork for another wall. I used one of Marie Caillou's illustrations and drew it out, painted it, then stuck it on my board that i spray painted. Viola!
The pictures suck because like everything else I post, they're taken with my phone which isn't the best camera substitute.
Here's an upclose of the middle of it. I drew it out on paper, outlined it with marker, and painted it with watercolor. Then I cut it out and pasted a piece of cardboard on the back to give it a 3D effect on the board.

Here's the whole board. I pasted ribbons on the edges as a border.

Dave said I can hang mine up in the living room but Missy thinks it will give people nightmares. She says it creeps here out. Haha.
