So since I returned home from Austria I have not slept at all well maybe about 4 hours 
.......I have been in the most uncomfortable pain I have ever felt in my life.........This pain starts from a tooth that I chipped about 6 months ago.....This pain then proceeds up into my eye socket, and into just about every part of the left side of my head 
.....The pain is so annoying that I can't even hold the phone to my head to call the dentist.......at the same time the pain causes my whole body to become weak and powerless.......I can't stop shakeing 
This pain then becomes so intence at points that i feel unbelievably nauseous and feel about 10 seconds away from 
So I finaly was able to get in touch with the dentist and got the damn thing taken out today now I feel
but I was given some very nice pain meds 
On a very good note the tooth was on the back of my mouth so you can't see it
I tried to get a good picture of it but no luck (BOOOOOOOOoooooooooo)
