Why must the children around my apartment go outside and play at 8 a.m? Don't they know that there are party animals who stay up late and drink too much around here? Well i guess they dont because I'm surrounded by old women and little kids. There isn't a female under the age of 30 for miles. And it makes me sad

better then having them playing inside the apartment building, running up and down the stairs... and to make things worse, they have a crawl space in their apartment, that goes against our wall, and they always play in that... ARGH!
