The Dead Kennedys are touring?
Thank fucking god that Jello isn't involved with this one. For more than half my life, the DKs have represented honor, and integrity in punk rock. Any fucking group that had the Government on their ass like they did(for the Frankenchrist insert), and stick to their guns is deserving of all our respect.
I've seen my share of "reunion" tours in the past- Bad Brains, FEAR,.... But this one takes the cake. I know that the guys play great music, but shit, we're talking about an institution here. Wouldn't it be good enough just to cover the old songs in Jumbo Shrimp?
And Brandon Cruz singing? He was fine in Dr Know. They were one of the greats (Another band doing reunion gigs). The Kennedys without Jello is the same as The Doors without Jim Morrison (another band...)

i have a hard time swallowing that the dead kennedys are touring again. i actually have a hard time with any band (of integrity) reforming and touring. but of course i am going to see twisted sister. that's different. no "substance" and all fun.
