Thanks for the kind words, hun. i appreciate it. I think what makes it really hard to have an animal put to sleep is the fact that you're making the decision, ya know? I can agree with feeling more sorrow over several pets than I have over some family members-but I tend to spend more time with my animals because I'm with them every day, ya know? I don't think it makes us bad people. We're just very attached to our animal companions.

p.s. I would be ticked if someone put one of my animals to sleep--I feel for you. My friend at work had that happen as well.
