Sorry I've been so absent recently. I decided that my bike still wasn't scratched and bent enough. Yup... I crashed again. I decided to get a better run up this time though. 2 months ago I had my first crash at about 80-100 klicks. This time, I tried getting off at about 200 kmph. You would think that might be a good way of hurting myself, right? Wrong. It didn't hurt a bit. Not a scratch on me (even though the stitching on my leathers dissintegrated almost instantly, and I could feel the asphault on my ass for a moment, before rolling a little bit onto my back and shoulder.)
This one was interesting, I just tucked the front end in the middle of the fastest corner on the track. I slid for about 50 feet on the track, and then another 10 in the swamp. It's amazing how quickly you can slow down from 200 using only leather and ass. Again, some damage to the bike (only a couple hundred bucks worth.) This time, the helmet didn't hit (thank God) so I don't have to shell out another 800 bucks for that.
It was pretty cool though, cause they put me in the fast group this time, (instead of intermediate) and I was among the 3 fastest students on the track (with a 9 year old bike no less) It was a pretty good feeling, right up until the crash. Whatever, I'm not going to let it get me down. The bike was already trash, so now it's a racebike, there's no going back.
There is a startling absense of beautiful girls in my life right now, and it's kinda getting me down. My friend is saying she wants to hook me up with her hot friend who is living in Europe, but that's a long ways away, so I'm not holding my breath that she'll see a picture of me become so smitten that she'll jump on a plane and move to Canada so that she can be with that guy who likes crashing motorcycles in new and interesting ways.

i'm more like one of those metal allen keys included in products that require assembly, along with too many extra bolts that you never end up using and then think that you put it together wrong. then once finished, my existance is forget and i'm never used again. just left to collect dust. that's me.
