today I want to feature Jeff Soto. Jeff credits Mercer Meyer and Patrick Woodroffe as early influences to his art. At fifteen he began to explore art as graffiti. He currently resides in Riverside California and is a graduate of Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.
