SO I didnt mention in my NEW YEARS!!!!11!!!two post of doom that We went Ice Skating. Logan used to be a figure skater so I had him teach me a few things about not busting my ass. I did well. Only fell 2 Xs. 1 was when some 3 foot kid skated out in front of me, I tried to avoid, and ended up on my ass. the second was when they were closing up and I was coming off the ice. my feet just went out from under me and my back landed right on the corner of the wall. yeah... ouch. SO a few days after when Im home, I wake up and can barely move because of this pain in my back. I crawl (literally) to the shower, do that and haul my ass off to work, figuring its just a muscle pull or something (I had somehow forgotten about the fall I took). after a few more days of back aches and what not I realized that if I coughed, hiccuped, Sneezed or anything else that involves sudden breaths My back hurt with a sharp pain in this one specific spot. THATs when I remembered about the fall.
So I got to the to the Dr.s office for a cholesterol checkup (yes I have high Cholesterol in case you didnt know), and after all that I tell him my story. He checks my back and my breathing and everything and GUESS what...
No, seriously GUESS...
OK, fine you lazy bastard, I Fractured my Rib! Jesus.H.Christ. ON a popsicle stick! leave it to me to fracture a rib and not realize it for a week.... oi vei.
anyhow, yeah.
SO, I hung out with Sarah C. (Sar-er to the rest of you I guess), God I missed those days. I had forgotten how much fun it is. come to think of It we need to hang out again before I leave on Tuesday! but yeah, we went out to Blue Sky for dinner with Ed, Tara, Paul & Phil and then back to my house for more chillage sans P&P add Brian. We all watched End of Days which I had never seen. it was good. your classic Arnold beats the devil movie.
I think there were other events somewhere in here but I forget right now.
I bought a Sobe at work and the Bottle Cap said Superman video, I was in the back. very odd for a sobe bev to quote an Eminem (D12) song.
Eds Birthday rocked Ass! Brian, Me, Ed, Tara, Coral, Des & Pete (Tyzka and some of his friends showed up for dinner, but shorted us on the bill, so they dont count) all went out to Ruby Tuesdays. Des and I had a bit to Drink and well all laughed about good times and stupid jokes. Very good and angst-free. But then, yanno, leaving out of certain elements tends to have positive effects like that! :-D
Next came Laser Tag. A game I havent played since Me, Jill, Chapman and whoever else played it that time Senior year of HS (I believe). So much fun. and $4 for 15 minutes is freaking awesome! we need to do that some more! Fairly sure I aggitated my fractured rib tho. It hurts again today, but not like its unbearable. just uncomfortable
Today was kinda uneventful. Went to see White Noise Yeah, Travis, you were right. It pretty much Sucked. The trailers made it out to be more than it was. It was damn predictable. even some of the Jumpy moments werent so jumpy because I saw them coming....
