just woke up from a goddamn 5-hour nap. WTF. meant to only pass out for a bit. oi.
so recent shit? dunno. Friends have been cramming Buffy down my throat for the past few weeks. We watched the Musical episode on my Computer a while ago and they were talking about other stuff and when I had no clue what they were talking about they decided I needed to watch it all... and I mean ALL. I got through season 1 (12 eps) inside of a week. Season 2 (22 eps) in about 8 days or so and Im currently near the end of season 3 (next ep to watch is Enemies for those who might know it) kinda Buffied-out tho. Im taking it slow right now, not to mention some time away from it. besides Ken doesnt have season 5 yet, so whats gonna happen when I finish season 4? ack, anyhow moving on...
Got antsy last weekend and found Marks car keys, which means he left his car here (hes been gone for quite some time now... may 3 weeks?) was [thisclose] to just taking his out for a joy-ride (anything to kill the monotony). but I didnt. realized how much a bad idea it is to leave a car sitting idle for weeks on end. IMed him and told him this story and he says, Yeah, my moms been telling me the same thing. so I offered to start it up for him every so often to make sure its ok. he said that would be cool. So I started it up and then drove it around the block to make sure all things were OK with it. that block just happened to be a coupla miles long and ended at McDonalds.... Also took it out to the liquor store the other night.
Been on 2 different music kicks the past 4 days - 8 Crazy Nights & MC Chris (again) actually went to http://mcchris.com to get the first CD which is free. then looked up the track listings for his other CDs to check in the other stuff I had.
Drank with Scott last night. It was like old times, we were just drinking and chillin until about 2 - 3 AM (which is when we would usually get to bed on a weekday when we were roommates. We finished his [large] bottle of Skyy and tapped some of my Jos & Jack. I got up and went to class this morning, I dont know what happened to him. prolly had a hangover, or just changed his mind and didnt wanna go to class. after class, went to linch, came back here and then I wanted to take a short nap (slight headache from 6 or so hrs of sleep and a lot of drinking.) laid down about 1-ish. woke up about 5-ish.
Well, Its kinda almost dinner time. Im gonna get my shit together. Also that Marks coming back here for a visit tomorrow. Thatll be fun. I wont be alone here for a weekend for once! granted, yanno, he technically LIVES here, hes pretty much dropped out for this semester. So it quickly gets lonely down here (and there is a spare bed!!!) this may be the first semester where Ill have had no visitors...
anyway, dinner and prep.
