I think I have sold my house! A friend is interested...and she wants to fix it up herself...for a lower price, of course...but time is valuable, ya know? And it is something I have very little of...so for her to buy it as-is....HELL YEAH!!! This will save me in more ways than one...the time it takes to fix it I'll still be making mortgage payments on it...the money it takes to fix it...the time I'll have to take off work in order to fix it faster. So, yeah...this is a good thing. (But I'm still super-pissed at eviction chick. 
Who had the nerve to call me and ask me for ANOTHER good reference cause she dumped her boyfriend and has to get her own place. Whatthefuckever.)
I got to cut Lightsneeze's hair today!! She is so cute! Oh...and I got to see Daddyo too!
