I apologize for my absence lately...I have a lot on my plate. In the process of moving...losing my mind...etc.

Eviction chick came through with the money last week. I can't believe it! So...she just owes me the rest by May 15, then she can stay. I kind of wish she would just leave so I wouldn't have to worry with it anymore, but I guess I'll just go with the flow.

Our air conditioner went out at my shop today. We called a repair company and they came out, looked at it, said it was no big deal and easy to fix. Took them 2 hours, and then they presented us with a bill for $519. They never told us an estimate of the cost or anything...made it sound like it was nothing. I wanted to cry. I can't believe it cost that much...it was just a leak in the freon. I know freon is expensive to replace, but give me a FUCKING break! We are going to call the company and complain...if we had known it was going to cost that much we would have shopped around...we would have maybe even just let it go since it is our secondary unit that just cools 2 rooms in the back. Hell, I replaced my whole unit at my house for $1100 and it was way bigger than this one.

I am in a FOWL mood. Seriously I'm on the verge of tears at every waking moment.
