I talked to eviction chick...she tells me the refrigerator went out. TOO DAMN BAD!!! Maybe I could afford to buy a new fridge if she ever paid her freaking rent. That fridge is only 6 years old...aren't they supposed to last longer than that? It seems like my parent's was a million years old.

this is the perfect time to pull out al that corporate type attitude. Cover every base as it is in the TN laws.

I can understand getting behind sometimes but )%# (trying not to cuss in your space biggrin ) one would think that rent is THE priorty in a persons life. With out a place to live it makes the rest of life kind of not very doable.
