OK...so the chick got the eviction letter yesterday...damn that was quick. I thought I would have at least another day of peace before I had to deal with it. She handled it a lot better than I thought she would. Except for she called me 30 times at work, but I didn't answer because I was super busy and didn't have time to deal with her. She told me she understood, and that she hoped we could still be friends after all this, and asked me to let her stay. 
WHAT? Someone needs a reality check.
So...I think I'll tell her this: If she gets completely caught up before the end of the month, and then pays May's rent by the 10th, she can stay. If that happens, I will list the house with a property management company so that I don't have to deal with any of this bullshit again. I know it won't happen though...she is REALLY behind. If she had enough money to catch up, she would've been paying me rent already.
