I had to send an eviction letter to my old roommate who is renting my old house. Well, she would be renting it if she were actually paying me...therefore she must get the boot. I can't believe it has come to this. NEVER EVER EVER do business with friends. I have a giant stomach ache over all this, but what am I supposed to do? Continue to pay two mortgages? I can't!
