So, I've done all these home improvement projects to prepare my house to sell. We listed it last week and have already had an offer...full price, but we had to be out in less than 2 weeks! So, we said sure, but you have to get all your inspections and appraisals done in 10 days so we have 3 days to pack and move. They said no. WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?! When exactly did they plan on doing that shit anyways? I really, really hate people sometimes.

I don't hate everything here, I've just been promising to my self that I would get out for a long time now.
