Obviously your boss hasn't learned this. I sure she doesn't mean anything by it, but she won't know that you're uncomfortable with it unless you say something to her. Hey I got a chance to check out your brothers band site. They sounded kind of bluesy (sp?) I liked it not bad! I was able to listen to them through the record companies website. Might be nice if they had a few mp3 samples or full songs on there page.
