why do i let stupid things like people writing "I heart (fill in the blank)" annoy me so much?
it's fucking freezing here. it's april and i have to set my heat at 72 degrees to stay warm? this is ridiculous.
i've held out as long as possible and will be sending a nice chunk of change to the fed on thursday. i don't think i'd mind so much if it were actually going for something useful rather than funding fuck-head's agenda.
lastly, all this talk among certain members lately (not you guys) regarding dieting, losing weight, what have you has got me thinking again about the ol' fruit fast. not that i need to lose weight; this is just something i do every spring to flush out the toxins and considering the amount of poison i've been swilling lately, it's probably about time i consider it. perhaps i'll start next week. you want to lose 5 to 10 pounds fast? just eat fruit for three days straight. nothing else. it sounds daunting but it isn't bad. it cleans you out... just start it and you'll know what i mean. i'm not going into the gorey details.

i used to do vipassana, but i slipped on it when things got busy. i'm ready to do it again, i think.
