Im struggling.
I have been on anti-depressents for about 4 years and am starting the long process of weaning myself off them. Its hard though, and I am all over the place again. Mood swings and such. If anyone has any tips, or experience with this I would love to hear from you. My doctor has told me to aviod alcohol and exercise lots. Am doing that but still feel tired, moody, dizzy and sick alot.

Apart from that it is my boyfriends birthday this weekend. I bought him a sweet-ass pair of skullcandy headphones. Should be a good weekend!

Hey girl! well depending what you are on some have different reactions on your system as you take your self off of them. Sometimes they are worse than when you initially started taking them. Try going for walks or bike rides. It helps the more outlets you have especially writing will let your head level out a bit. Hope it goes fast & you are feeling better!
