I'm having a run of bad luck. 
My husband lost my wallet/checkbook tonight. That really bites... blah blah. The worst part is I worked all day and yesterday, too, so now my weekend is fucked because he's grumpy and I'm bitchy. Though I have to say that I think I'm being pretty damn cool about the whole thing. It's going to be a lot of money to cancel all the checks and a lot of time and pain in the assiness to cancel all my cards, get a new license, etc, etc, etc.
I've been really trying to put some thought into my Halloween costume this year. I want to be a Romero-esque zombie. I'm thinking I'm going to put my hair up in curlers and go to the thrift stores and see if I can find a ratty old bathrobe and house dress. I have to wear the costume to work so I can't do anything risque... it's either that or a business suit that's sort of torn apart- wearing only one shoe (a nice limp effect if I wear heels) and maybe dragging around an empty, open brief case. I need to figure out how to do some really cool makeup and wounds. Anybody have any ideas on that? Or just ideas for the cotume in general? I want it to look like I was just going about my normal daily life when the zombieness occured. Yay. I'm a geek and I love Halloween!! Yay!!!

The fact you havn't resorted to screaming at him and berating him every few mins for losing your wallet is remarkable. You are a better person than I for that.
