So we had a nice little Spring celebration today with some friends. We had lots of fresh fruit and veggies and just kind of hung out andenjoyed the day. I really miss living somewhere with seasons.... I love spring! Anyway, check out the cake I made. It looks lumpy because it's supposed to be made as a flat cake, and the frosting is really lumpy but I wanted to have a taller cake so I tried to adapt it. It looked like a huge Hostess Sno-Ball, but I thought it was kind of pretty anyway. It's called a sunshine cake and is bright yellow inside. Yay Spring! Hope yours is great, too
