Don't get me wrong. I have sympathy for the victims, but it has been a couple of days now, and we don't need hourly updates in every newsreport and special reports in CBS evening news, or 60 minutes any more.

More people die every day in Africa from starvation, our trade discrimination of them and the persecution from their own governments and local war lords, than in all hurricanes to ever hit America put together.
Does that get headlines?
Do people start spontanious charety drives for them?
Does the mayor of any US town stand on the news, using strong language, on behalf of the millions who are without pure water in the third world?
Where are the TV reporters interviewing the people in Niger who don't get aid when they need it?
So to Hell with the people who are only interested in their own navel! I don't give a shit any more.

I don't Blame you . Media overkill is very common and of course they are gonna milk this story to death get all the mony they can out of it ect. truth is all those people in Nigeria and Third world countries dont add up to big Media dollars . as i told you before Hon, America Worships the god of Profit "Manna" the bottom line is profit for the shareholders. and just like the e-mail you sent out earlier about the company "donating a percentage to katrina victums" it is all hogwash. there will allways be vultures and there will allways be crapola . 
but dont discount any victums anywhere. whiether in a thirdworld country, here in america, Norway, asia ect. a victum is simply a victum. and God does not say only help this one or help that one. Damn the Media Not the Victums.
