wb home sweetness I miss you as usual glad your back safe and sound. doctor visit went well, but i dunno about this new guy i got for a doctor, not the guy i tought . first words out of his mouth was diet and excercise as if thats gonna be a cure all , then he starts praising the trendy south beach diet , i am thinking oh lord not this again oh please doc dont send me through the fat farm hell. that was the cruelest and worst thing in high school last thing i need is to be in front of a bunch of arobic instructors passing out or being ridiclued. i told the doc this but he was deaf to it.
truth is i know i need to but still not in a group setting.
not in a gym and not in front of barbie.
