And the Yearly Cheese Races are on. Yes, the one day in the year, when people from all over the world gather in a small village in England to run down a very steep hill after a round cheese. The contestants are sorted in groups of 15 and the winners go on to the finals.
This may sound silly, but it is a very dangarous race. You get concussions, fractures and lacerations. It is a high risk sport. If you fall, you are very likely to bee stampeeded.
Last year it was a Gurka Commando soldier who won, so if you are not top trained, you shouldn't bother entering the competition.
Personally I'm just going to watch it on TV, cause being in the audience can be risky as well. If the cheese rolls off course, you suddenly get 15 people racing at high speed in your direction. So as most of the world has live coverage (in Europe, watch Sky News), staying at home sounds like the best option.
