Yes, I managed to take my sleeping medicines for breakfast, so lots of coffee and no driving for me today.
And I have a confession to make: Some of you may remember how I have been ranting and raving about the gulf stream turning and Norway entering a new Ice age?
Well, I was wrong.
That leads to some good news and some bad news.
The good news is, as I said, that the Gulf Stream is not turning, and so the new Ice age is off.
The bad news is that the Gulf Stream, instead of turning, is fanning out. It is now reaching from the coast of Norway to the west coast of Greenland. That means that the Greenland ice is melting in addition to the polar ice.
Is this going to suck?!
Global warming is making winter start half a week later per decade, and end a week earlier per decade.
Add that to the polar/Greenland ice melting (speeding up the melding) and the ocean level will rise by 6 to 10 metres in the next century.
So if you are planning to aquire property that you want to leave for your grandchildren - make sure it is 12 metres or more above sealevel.
And get away from the Netherlands, Denmark, New Orleans, Venice etc, cause they will all be under water.

A house at the beach will be a poor investment though.
