ugh.... body sore... went running last night for the first time in a while... I certainly need to build up to what I used to be able to run. Ah well doesn't look like I will be able to run tonight.... weather already changed... imagine that gotta love Kansas... all complaining aside the weather was great yesterday ... srping is my fav time of year
