I am in the process of growing my hair back out, and the dying does slow down the process, but I hate my natural color.
I say give it a shot.
I think the dark color looks good on you, but I prefer brunettes in general.
I hope work gets better soon, even if that means finding something new. As far as the Rob situation, it would be great to be with him, but it is a big risk. It's just a personal values kind of thing... which is always the hardest...
