So what have I been doing lately? Working... still.

But this next week I only have 17 hours (it sucks, but I'm relieved at the same time) so hopefully I'll have time to recover. I've been burnt out for awhile and it's obvious to me that I'm not doing my job as well as I used to... I'm paranoid it's obvious to everyone else, too. I had a better day yesterday, but I haven't even been able to cheer up my co-workers and get them to smile and stuff.

Gossip at the Rave is terrible, it's ridiculous. I can't imagine it being much worse anywhere else.

Luckily for me, I've kept out of most of it, so it isn't bringing me down like it is everybody else.

The manager I was paranoid about 'cause he's so close to the other supervisors and not me isn't with us anymore. People are really upset, I feel bad for him but I'm slightly relieved for myself... I was afraid for my job. I'm also relieved I hadn't talked to McDaniel right before this or all people would suspect me of being the "snitch" and make my life a living hell. I still don't wish he'd lost his job, though.

We have a new employee at work who I'm starting to have a crush on and who I suspect might have a crush on me... but we're both taken, so it doesn't really matter. It's the challenge of figuring out if I'm right or not that's fun. I just like finding out people like me, it makes me feel pretty.
