As bad as parts of the week sounded, at least you had that much to write about. Aside from Friday and Saturday - sometimes - I can't tell one day apart from the next. Good thing I'll make sure it doesn't stay that way.

As for the Leafs, they seem intent on playing out the same season every year. They've had the same problems since at least 2000. Doesn't help that the entire organization seems content with simply making the playoffs let alone winning the cup. Maybe you can trade in 5 first round victories for a cup, like those points you collect off Kool Aid packages?

Have you noticed West Coast play like a basketball team? The way they move the ball down to the goals is very similar to the game plays in the NBA. Just a thought.....

I wish football would get back to being a game about talent, speed and great coaching. It could be anyones flag this year.

yeah christmas, i have mixed feels about thay holiday.

I just view it more or less the same way I view Valentines in that how good it is and in what way is entirely up to each individual person.

But specifically, the way I view Christmas is the way I buy gifts. I decide what I want for people before ever leaving the house to buy anything. Anytime I don't follow this rule is guaranteed to have me buy something for the sake of buying something, and those gifts almost always suck.

Despite it being socially expected to buy gifts, I always try to get things that the person will remember, that they would've always liked to buy themselves - like something they just never wanted to spoil themselves with or maybe even never realized they wanted (like last year where I bought Cosby tickets for my dad, someone who has listened to Cosby since he was a kid but never even considered seeing him live - and he loved it).

Anyway, it's to each their own, but I find that if you can change the reason why you're buying the gift to something beyond "just because its Christmas" then it usually ends up being something a lot more important.

Work things can be really tricky. On one hand it can be a little too highschool. Holding hands at lunch and waiting for the school bell...

But then you've got to ask yourself, if you're not going to meet someone at work, where do you meet them? A bar? So with work at least you have something in common...

I will admit that in my most desperate hours I also considered signing up for one of those dating websites, but one quick look and I was reminded of all the reasons that would be a very bad idea. I've had friends sign-up for them, and all they met were socially enept losers.

Have you tired using tubigrip underneath the tape?
I have allergies to everything (dishwashing detergent to soap to latex) Maybe supporting your ankles with tubigrip proir to strapping might help a little?

I used to do that back in the day when I played netball....

Then again, it might not work for you. Just a suggestion!
