Well, its been quite a while since I updated.
Work is terribly slow right now. I have one more major tradeshow to work before the year ends, and maybe a few small little ones. If it wasnt for eBay, I would be in dire straits right now...
I had another interview with the Cook County Sheriffs last week. It went well, but it almost isnt worth my time now, because they arent hiring court officers now, havent for over 3 years and wont for at least another 1.5-2 years. They said if I wanted a job as a correctional officer i could have it right away - thanks, but no thanks! No rubber gloves and cavity searches for me.
Other than that I've been very OK. Things could definately better, but they could definately be worse.
