wonderful night! meet two friends that the three of us have not been together in five years. we all met in Qatar. they were in the military and i was a civilian contractor, retired military. "the three musketeers!" almost perfect. the fourth musketeer, was still in Maryland. that would have beenn perfect.
we were goodwill embassadores while in the middle east. in our search for "weapons of mass destruction" amongst the documentscaptured in Iraq. we forged freindships that have withstood the test of time. i was from DC, one from Ny, Ny and one from Huntsville, Al. now two of us live here in Alabama.
rehashed old times, hanging in Doha, Qatar. livin' large off of bush's fruitless search for what was never there, the old shell game. make no mistake, Sadaam was a bad man. we saw the truth of his crimes, first hand. we had fun, just livin' large is all i can say. so it was fun for a few hours of laughter, reminiscence, and i took them to a middle eastern restaurant, just for old times sake, instead of a rob joint. brought back fond memories.
