okay,
is anyone else going to spend christmas alone? i am. a year and a half ago i relocated to the tennesse river valley. i have no family here and i offically miss dc now. i did the culture thing. corcoran museum, smithsonian, portrait gallery, first night in ole town alexandria, eastern market's flea market with the hot cinnammon spiced apple cider, the mall the monument and the capitol rotunda and all. oh...and the white house, despite its current occupant.
forgive the rambling but i aint sad. that is what gets me. i miss my children (they are older, except for the boy he is 14) and my granddaughter, 4 and most of all i miss my gf. she's coming for the first time in january so i am excited about that but shouldn't i be sad cause its xmas and i will be all alone?
well...not completely...there are beau and xena my two dogs.
