Hope everyone had a great christmas. I did. I got to see my family and friends, Eat lots of good food and got lots of great gifts. My older brother got me and my fiance a XBOX and a few games. I got alot of nice things.

People suck. I hate people who think that the whole world revolves around them. I called a customer today to schedule an appointment to have one of our techs look at it and I didnt get the order over till like 3:30 pm today and there was no way I was going to get someone out today they were almost done and over packed with calls as it was. So he decides to yell at me that his food has gone bad and whos going to pay for his food he lost. I wanted to tell him to Fuck off and call someone else, but I couldnt. I hate customers that blame things on me when they arent my fault. Its not my fault that consumers didnt send it till close to the end of the day.
