Ok, everyone is going to give me shit for posting a hippy song, but this is a song I truly love, and it details how I feel right now like nothing else can.

I am not trying to sound negative or bitchy, I am not unhappy right now in the least, I am just getting more and more into my own head, and being around people is not easy for me. I went out for drinks with some people I work with today, and, once again, sat there with nothing to say. I also did the douchebag move of spilling half of everyone's drink when I tried to get up from the table, I am smooth like that. One girl that was there, who is the self appointed musical know it all, ragged on me for not sharing her excitement in this new band she is into. The band she was speaking of was the Stone Roses, and she was really indignant when I informed her that they were not in fact "new". I actually like the band, but the way she was talking it was like they were just starting out. She is the girlfriend of one of my best friends, all of 22, so I was trying to be nice, but secretly I was like sweetie get the fuck out of my face. It was hard not to choke her.

I don't know what is up with me, I just have a certain few people I feel comfortable talking to or hanging out with, but other than that, I am more than happy being alone. Because I am alone for the right reasons.
