Herro! How are you doing lately? I am headed out to the gym (been spending about 20 hours there a week because I have two workout buddies who want to go at different times and I want to help them get in shape) but I just wanted to touch base with you.
I hope things are going very well for you lately and that you are having a great 2009 so far smile.

things seem to be settling down...it has it's ups and downs
boring, scary, but the longer I am here the better
